The supreme policy-making body of NAPWU, convening every five years to elect national office bearers and set the strategic direction of the union.

Responsible for the execution of policies and the general administration of the union between National Congresses.

Ensuring grassroots representation and effective implementation of union programs across all 14 regions of Namibia.

Providing legal representation, advice, and handling workplace disputes to protect the rights of our members.

Empowering workers through capacity building, shop steward training, and labor rights awareness programs.

Ensuring transparent financial management, membership subscription processing, and general union administration.

Driving membership growth, coordinating industrial actions, and running advocacy campaigns for socio-economic justice.
